I want to get my cash awards

I am a senior and not computer savvy and all I want to do is get my cash rewards and no one is helping me. Ive been with this credit card for years and the last time I was able to call someone who sent me a check.I have about 1300.00 plus in cash back. Im about to cancel this card. My other card from chase gives me my money

Non-existent customer service.

My email account got taken over, and now I can't log in. There is no way to contact customer support, no direct number, no chat, no e-mail. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. 0 out of 10.
